So i am currently pregnant and my baby shower is one month away. Due to me being pregnant i bought an 1XL dress thinking that maybe i needed to go bigger. It arrived- I tried it on and it was just too big. So i went online to process a return - they send you a long email with a lot of instructions along with telling you they don't cover shipping either way. Which is awful considering the fact that all of the dresses are $`100+. Anyways, i shipped the dress priority shipping with ****** 2 day shipping. It arrived on 07/07/23 - i have yet to receive any emails from them. i sent an email regarding how to ship and process the return BEFORE I SHIPPED THE DRESS, no response. i sent the company a message on their website, although i have received messages thru there - the representative said i would be getting a confirmation email - nothing. I write to them today and again, delayed response. For prices as close as a ***** ****** sweater - you would think they would have extraordinary customer service and yet here we are. I just received the tracking email. And the tracking number does not work. I would post screenshots of all my emails but i am exhausted.Initial Complaint

Placed order for a jumpsuit on ******** with the expectation that order would be received within 7 business days. Order received ********** Per the *************** policy listed on website, customers have 7 Days of receiving their order to return. I made several attempts to return this item on their website upon arrival after it did not fit, using my order number and kept getting an error that the order was placed more than 14 days ago and they were unable to accept new return request. I reached out to the company on ********** for assistance and was told by ******* on ******** that they can assist me with a manual return. I immediately emailed her back with the requested information and have not heard anything since. I am now due to give birth in a few weeks and have no reason for the jumpsuit as it was previously ordered for a baby shower. This company has the absolute ***** communication and I would not advise anyone to order from them. Even prior to receiving the order, I emailed several time for updates since a label was created the same day order was placed, and never received a response back.Initial Complaint

Returned a dress as the fabric did not match the price of the dress. Extremely thin! Company sent a return slip, I returned the dress about a month ago and have not received any communication regarding my refund. I continue to email them and have not received a response. I plan to contact my card company and alert them as this may be fraud.Business response

I placed an order exactly one week ago order #XXXXX. For one dress which was **** I got tracking info the same day. I tracked it on Tuesday to see if it was close and it shows only the label was created. It never shipped. Its still there. I went to the website to find customer service numbers well there is absolutely NO PHONE number where to call. They only have a nameless Contact Us form on their website which says they will reach out in 48 hrs. Well its been 48 hours and Ive never gotten a response. The package is still showing not shipped. Only the tracking # created- never shipped. Theres nowhere to reach out to and no reaponse. At this point it has been a week since the tracking label was created not sure why it hasn't shipped yet. I just want to get my money back and never again deal with this faceless company.Initial Complaint

Date of the transaction: 7/1/2022 The amount of money I paid the **************** *** What the business committed to provide you: a refund What the nature of dispute is: I was given store credit, but I don't need the dress anymore, it's been a month trying to solve this issue, I already delivered the baby. I placed an order on 03/28/22 at 6:35AM for two dresses. I only meant to purchase one dress so I sent an email to the company from their website portal at 6:38AM asking to cancel one of the dresses off of the order. At 6:40AM I got the order information sent in an email. I responded back to the email at 6:43AM stating again, that I needed to change the order and only purchase the one gown. I did not hear back from customer service on either email and there is no phone number to be found. On 03/28/22 at 12:15PM I got an email that my order was being processed for shipping. I never heard back from customer service in regards to the email I sent or the email sent from their website. The order was delivered 03/31/22. The fabric is flimsy and the sewing is not straight which leaves very odd and visible seams. On 04/10/22 I went to the company website to procure an exchange on the items and this portion of the company website is broken. I sent another request through the company website on 04/11/22 and did not hear back. I again attempted to initiate an exchange through the provider website on 04/12, 04/13/, 04/14 and 04/15 and the website remained down. I sent a request through the provider website again on 04/15/22 (I did screenshot). I sent another email from my email using the email address provided on the order to initiate an exchange and did not get a response. As of the time of this writing 04/18/22 the exchange portion of the website is still down, a phone number for the provider cannot be found and my attempts to contact the provider have gone unanswered.Initial Complaint

It has been almost 2 months since the item was delivered to their return shipping address. I would like a refund as promised as soon as possible. Please see ******** ********** **********
