      On 1/4/24 Showroom Glam sent me a item without sales tags and appeared defective. I immediately reached out to them via emails and per their return policy requesting a refund. They continued to ignore me and would not provide a return label with address to return said item. After approximately 1 month (2/24). I filed a dispute with my credit card company. On 2/6/24 after receiving a chargeback from my credit card company they sent me a threatening email. This email claimed to report me to a ******************** I again let them know that they continued to ignore my request to return said item within their 7 day refund policy, and they left me with no recourse but to file a dispute with Credit card company. I have all supporting documentation to corroborate my claims against Showroom Glam.. I have also noticed that they continue to do this per other complaints on this site.

      Date of Transaction : 12/14/23 Amount I paid to Showroom Dolls: $50.19 The business committed to provide F print tights. It did not send the product I ordered. I had to reach out to request a tracking number. Was responded to by a "******." I received a tracking number about a week later. I waited about another week only to receive the wrong pair of tights. I reached back out to ******, who was apologetic at first and stated she would forward my information to correct ***** I have reached out twice since then and haven't heard back. I'm not stuck with a product I didn't not want/order. order #****

      On December 18, 2022, I placed an order with Showroom Glam. Order number #*****; confirmation number MG82K211Y. The purchase contained two items. However, I never received the (***************** Sweatsuit/Grey/Medium),I have sent 12 emails to Showroom Glam inquiring about the status of my order. I have not received any correspondence back from Showroom Glam, regarding my missing order, the company is not responding to my emails. I am requesting to be refunded $101.68 to my original method of payment, for the ***************** Sweatsuit that Ive purchased but never received from Showroom Glam.

I received an incomplete order , item ***************** SWEATSUIT, GREY, Medium, $112.97 was not included in my package. I have sent numerous emails and have not received any shipping information on the missing item. I am requesting a refund of $1112.97.

      I purchased 2 item on November 27th and still nothing. I got several emails giving the run around . I filed a complaint with my credit card company and I got my refund . this is the 2 nd time with this company and still the same results :nothing but a headache. I almost feel like they have no intentions on sending merchandise , but collecting peoples money and their information

      On December 2nd I purchased two items in the amount of $134.08. They have provided me with a tracking number but the United ********************* states they have no package for me. They keep emailing me and stating they will provide a tracking update but haven't. My order number is ***** and my name is *****************************.       I purchased three items from this company on November 27, I received only two items. Out of the two the Gabby joggers for the amount of $82.80 do not fit. I have tried several times to call the number they provide and no one answers, it states to leave a message and I have done so and nothing. Also I have emailed them three different times, I received one response saying they won't refund anything and I have emailed them that even if I can get credit towards another purchase and no response from that. The third item still has not been received for $101.67 which is PD Cropped sweatsuit pink. My order number is #***** and my total amount paid was $251.95. This company is very unprofessional and not willing to respond and help their customers and I would like a refund of my items

      Placed an order on Feb 28th and got a tracking number on the same day but NEVER RECEIVED The package, I emailed multiple times and been giving the run around. The last email I sent was asking for a refund but they did not respond. It's been a month and the shipping policy states 1-5 business days. I spend $78 I would like my money back. Order number *****
