Ive been working with payment cloud for about 8 months I believe, never have I ever had to face any difficult challenges with having payment cloud by my side. I can fully focus on my business, increase my sales/volume and all of the business/merchant related issues payment cloud is there for me. Ive been working with ******, one email to ****** and I know this will be done and everytime, every single time within 24hrs I get a response back from my manager ****** or from ****** and they literally help me with everything as soon as they can. Ive had gateway issues, resolved in a day. Ive had my reserve release from the merchant, one email to ****** (my manager) and its done in a day. Ive had my limit increase concerns with the merchants, i just reach out to my manager at payment cloud and its done. Even getting more merchants, the paperwork, docusigns and everything has been taken care by payment cloud really well with such an amazing manager and their colleagues. Love working with ****** to be very honest. Im at so much peace working with payment cloud, I currently have multiple merchants through payment cloud and theyre just progressing day by day. 100% recommended!
