On December 30,2022 I started the purchase of a shed with Old Hickory Buildings at the ******* ********** location. I put $4000 down and planned to pay the rest upon delivery. I needed time to prepare the space which the shed would go. I was ready for the shed on February 24, 2023. Several delivery dates were set yet needed to be rescheduled due to driver. My shed finally arrived on May 4, 2023. The driver was warned of a ***** in the grass yet ran over the ***** and broke a piece of wood from the bottom of the shed. He then ************* my shed in the designated space and was ready to leave. I questioned him concerning the leveling of the shed and the fact the shed was broken. He made small of both issues and left.I reported the incident to the company the next day and the driver was to come out and fix the situation. The driver had one excuse after another for not coming out and fixing it in a timely manner. Same as when it came to delivering the shed. I have corresponded with the seller in ******* named ****, the supervisor named ****, the driver ****** and corporate about my concerns and tried to reach a resolution. I was told that the contracted driver, ****** was the one paid for the job. Therefore, he is the only one that is able to fix this problem. Yet ****** just opened a restaurant and doesn't seem to have the time, or always seem to have truck problems. I asked can they please send someone else and they said it needs to be ******. Last I spoke to ****** he was rude and told me I am not their only customer. I do not wish to deal with ****** any longer.I called corporate to tell them my issues and my desire to have the shed picked up because I no longer wish to do business with this company. Corporate has yet to respond. I wish they would pick up their shed and pay back my money.
