This company was the installer on our new construction home through ********** homes. The Ac/Heater has been faulty since the first year of the home being brand new. The ** was leaking freon in the attic. The heater runs continuously on auto mode and will not turn off. The thermostat keeps blacking out. It has been replaced a couple times. The repairs have yet to be completed. The technician lies about what is wrong with the unit. Causing us a $400 charge with an electrician. This company doesn't take any responsibility. Terrible customer service and faulty workmanship.Initial Complaint

I hired a company to install a new heating and air condiitoning unit on my property. they drilled improperly through my concrete wall and have caused the entire wall to start cracking. Furthermoire they did not paint the ducting to match prior ducting and did not cover the drilled holes in the wall. I have tried to contact Eagle Air to file an insurance claim but they will not return my calls or emails and keep putting me to voicemail everytime I try to contact them
