    This company was contracted out to repair my heater/ac in January. It took them around 3 months to install the new outdoor unit and it still was not producing any cold air or heat.They continued to make visits over the next couple months (up until June) trying to diagnose why the brand new unit they installed was still not working. Finally one technician diagnosed that the fan coil underneath the house had a leak. Well this fan coil had been there since they started the work in January, so why did it take them over half a year to diagnose this leak?Repair Tech then reached out to the home warranty that contracted them to request a new fan coil. It was denied as the home warranty closed my claim as apparently Repair Tech billed the home warranty and told them that the job was done at some point during March.The home warranty now refuses to re-open my claim and it is all because it took these technicians over half a year to detect a leak on a part that they were working with this whole time.I have also called and emailed asking for documentation of the work done and recieved nothing but a typed up email of the 3 times they showed up at the house. No actual professional documentation.I even had one of the employees hang up on me when I called to ask for an explanation as to why it took them half a year to detect a leak.My current situation is I have not had any heat or ac since late December and now both the home warranty and this repair tech will not return my calls or emails.Oh this is the best part, the 3 main months the technicians were working at my house "repairing" my unit, they ran up my electric bill up to $1100 a month!!! I was willing to pay it and not say anything because I just wanted my ac/heater fixed, but instead they ran up my bill and left me with a non functioning unit.
