The name has been change Manazanita . They are under new owner again. There prejudice allow with staff and favoritism with clients ( residents). There is not legal allot handicap parking spaces. Staff protect some resident from there car getting towed out of you assigned parking space. When things breakdown it slow for turn around to get done. They are always getting audit and dont have enough time to properly take care of property and residents needs. The do not have proper protocol for addressing residential safety. The gates are broken for anyone to walk in that is not resident. The call boxes for guest to enter are broke. The gate for resident to park their car is seems to left open a lot. Dogs are running around the property on purpose with no leash, allow resident block walkway of the sidewalk to have a party for their family and friends. The property does not Adequate walkway for wheelchair residents. The security only on the property for 1 hour only and does not full walk the property to make sure the residents are safe. The staff leaves important on doors instead calling or texting about need paper work. The list is so long of problems here. This is also not dog friendly property staff words not mind. All dogs here need to be service dogs with papers.
