Alive Industries has been an extremely unprofessional company to work with.1. They emailed me someone elses contract with that persons sensitive information, and they sent my contract with my sensitive information to someone else. 2. I was told I would have an installation date before November 1, 2023 no matter what, so I scheduled my loan payments to start at that time. We scheduled the installation date for September 17, but that day came and went and they didnt show up. There was no communication with me as to why they didnt show up or when they would be rescheduling.4. On October 25, ********************************************************************************************** prior. I was out of town and I had not given my tenants the mandatory 24 hour notice about work being done on the home, so I told Alive Industries that they couldnt keep working that day. ********************* asked me to just let his crew work anyway.5. Alive Industries installed my inverter without clearing the location with me. When I informed them that that location was not ideal, they did change the location, but that part of my wall now has holes in it. 6. They installed the solar panels in the incorrect place on the roof and did not leave any gap between the panels and the edge of the roof. This interfered with my gutters - rain flowed off of the solar panels and onto the ground instead of into the gutters. They finally moved the panels but only after I reported them to the CA Solar + ******************** 7. Alive Solar installed my solar panels over my *****, which are not designed to support the weight of solar panels. They said they had spoken with an engineer to calculate the structural load that my roof could support. When I asked for documentation, they did not provide it. I asked four times, in person and through email and through text. They lied about having consulted with an engineer. 8. The ************************, called me a "bitch" in writing through a text message.
