      Booked a reservation #********** With Rci for a guest visit to ***************. A week later after booking flights and excursions I get a phone call from RCI saying they cannot honor the reservation. Resolution needed is for them to honor the reservation. I have more on the line other than the money I have already paid to Rci unless they are going to provide me with money back for the entire trip they should just honor the reservation. I have made these plans which is worth more than money.

      Esta compaa es sumamente irresponsable al momento de orientar a sus clientes sobre los documentos necesarios para abordar sus cruceros los llame ms de 10 veces por que iba a tomar un crucero en ******* ****** y yo vivo en *********** y me decan que mirara en su app para ver los requisitos y solo deca pasaporte y de no tener pasaporte certificado de nacimiento de estado y licencia de conducir en adultos y en menores de ************************************************************* covid 19 para todos desde 3 semanas antes de viajar estuve llamado le deca lo que **** y si poda enviarlos a algn email o fax para que verificaron antes de salir de P.R. y me decan que no y que no me preocupara que todo estaba bien y no iba a tener problemas para abordar el crucero el da de tomar el crucero llegu al muelle y entregu los documentos de mis 2 hijos y todo bien cuando di los mos me dijeron que el certificado de nacimiento no era vlido pregunte por que y dijeron tiene que ser azul y pregunte cual es la diferencia son exatamente iguales solo cambia el color y no me dejaron abordar le mostr su app que no dice en ninguna parte que tiene que ser azul y no me permitieron abordar luego los llame y me dijeron que tenia que ir a la pgina de U.S. Costum mi respuesta fue eso habra sido til 3 meses atrs cuando compr las taquillas para el crucero fue por su negligencia y responsabilidad que perd el crucero y no merezco perder mi dinero deben reembolsaremos todo mi dinero o darme viaje gratis en ese crucero en una facha posterior.El da de salida del crucero era el 7 ********* yo compre los boletos en RCI ellos dicen que llame a ************* dice que llame a RCI se pasan la responsabilidad el uno al otro mientras yo pierdo mi dinero sin tener la culpa eso no es justo espero me puedan ayudar gracias

      I am registered for a cruise on May 22, 2022. Unfortunately I had a second brain surgery in September ******************************************************************** November. I can not travel now with this problem and Covid. RCI who arranged this cannot be reached. I had to stay on the line for 2 hours and ended up not speaking to anyone. Every time I try to call, the same thing happens. They are unreachable. I have as the owner, two people on this trip and neither one of us can go. My friend also is getting over arm surgery. The two of us are a mess. My Cruise booking number is2264658 on the Royal Caribbean Cruise Line. My account number for ********************** is *********. For this cruise I had to pay RCI and they dealt with the cruise line so they are the ones to reach. I just want my money back which is around $1999.00. I never took their resort week so they may have to keep some money for that. I really dont know. However I think Im owed for the cruise I cant take. I also dont have any documents for this trip but for the one I used to trade in for the new trip.

      I booked my trip to Jamaica in 2020 for a wedding in July 2020. I reserved a 2bd suite with a kitchenette. Unfortunately, due to Covid, the wedding was pushed to July 2021 and when I contacted RCI in February, they said due to the pandemic, we could roll our points from the PREVIOUS year and the entire trip was covered. Ok great!! I called several times to verify everything with the points and reservations, and was told by 5 different representatives that all was paid and there would be nothing owed when we arrived. Also, we were supposed to have transparent from the airport covered and that did not happen. We arrived and the hotel claimed to have no reservation for us, despite me giving them the gift certificate. I contacted RCI several times and was told each time that all was fine. I asked them to send an email to show the hotel and they never did, despite me calling and begging several times. RCI did not handle their responsibilities and I was out $3600. This is not okay

      I had to cancel my trip due to pandemic that was scheduled for 7/1/20. I paid $239 in exchange fees they said I had a date to reschedule but I still was not comfortable to travel. They would not refund my money.
