AC broke at the worst possible time - during a heat wave. It also broke the worst way possible and we all know HVAC repairs arent cheap. Max *** was recommended by my neighbor. Im so glad I called them. Dimytro and **** are professional, thorough, highly knowledgeable, and this is weird to say - you can tell that they care. When I received the quote, I think I died a little and thought about selling my kidney. Lol. They gave me my options, no pressure, the decision is mine whichever direction I go. Im a fan. You guys are amazing. You explain things well. You have my business, my loyalty and referral! ****** and 2 happy doodles

These guys are the real deal. Not only did they configure and install an efficient high quality air conditioner system but they are always open to coming back if I have a question or issue. Discovered thier system was working perfectly but my attic is not properly insulated. Very professional very friendly and I trust them!

We got multiple quotes for an HVAC project at our commercial building. They came in with the best quote and took more time to assess the work that we wanted done. They care about the work and found ways to save us money. I felt comfortable using them despite the lower price. The work was done in one day and they cleaned up when it was finished. They stayed to explain how the system works to multiple employees. We're a couple weeks in and everything works great. Even took a particle count to test the **** filtration and the counts were down ~80% at 0.3um. Very happy with the outcome and the service we were provided. Will be using these guys again!

What a pleasure to have chosen this company for our HVAC needs. These gentlemen conduct business with the utmost respect, professionalism, and attention to detail. Forget the white glove treatment, we got the white carpet treatment. They covered everything in clean white drop cloths from the front door all the way to where the work was done. They did a perfect job with our repair, even tweaking a few things that that were not even part of the job because they could see they were crooked or faulty. It was so above and beyond! They were kind, quiet, clean, and did a perfect job. I will never use anyone else.

Max AIR HVAC is THE best. Top notch customer service. They really took their time and care with us. Very professional, extremely knowledge, explained everything so well, had plenty of time to ask questions, friendly, spent a good amount of time looking over the whole system to properly diagnose our issue of poor cooling/heating in certain rooms (just to provide a free estimate mind you!), and really worked with us by providing three levels of estimates to fix our issue, so we can get it fixed within our budget. All options were very reasonably priced, no gouging here! We went with the middle option, and got a complete redesign and replacement/enlargement of our air ducts, including vents (instead of the entire system, even though we're about due for it, but we're crossing our fingers to try and eek a little more time out of them). The team uncovered some additional issues during the replacement process, and just fixed it for us, no questions asked, no extra charge. They showed up on time, protected our floors with drop cloths, cleaned up everything so well after they left, and really wanted to make sure we were happy with everything. These guys get it! If I could give more stars I would. We knew who to call now when it comes time to replace the rest of the system when the time comes, and who to recommend to our friends and family.

Very easy to deal with. They are patient and work hard to answer all questions. Their prices are very reasonable compared to the competition and was no add-on BS. Install team exceeded my expectations. Very professional, clean, concerned for my home, and communicated with me for every step. They stayed 3-4 hours late to avoid coming back the next day. I am a real estate investor. I have used multiple HVAC companies over the years. I would HIGHLY recommend MAX ****

I'd like to recommend ****** and ***** from Max Air hvac in ********* to everyone! They were so very professional, patient with us and gave ** exceptional service! They installed 2 furnaces and air for us and they were amazing!

Overall amazing work and service!The estimate: ****** came out, he was prompt and friendly. He really listened to what I was looking for and what really sold me was that he explained everything he was inspecting in detail and told me my options every step of the way. i had two other come out for estimates and they did not come close to the experience I had with ******! We had a heater with all the duct work, but no ** unit, we needed an upgrade and an addition of the ** outside unit.Installation: Max *** was very patient as I waited for HOA to approve the work, it took 3 months! They would check in from time to time and we were finally able to get a date scheduled. The day came and ********************** and **** came for the install and they were all so friendly. they went over the work they were going to be doing, they estimated a day and a half. Everything was completed beautifully, they had to build a little fence to hide as per my HOA and frankly mine looks better then all of the other ones in the community! At the end of the installation **** went over everything they did and showed me how to use the system, he checked the the output for heating and cooling with me. they changed all the vent covers which helped the output a lot and let me tell you the whole unit inside and outside only hums, compared to the air jet turbine we used to have! I am so happy that I went with Max Air HVAC, from beginning to end I am completely happy with my experience and the work that they did!
