This is a online directory for notaries and signing agents. They ******* you w emails before you sign and I should have researched before joing. My experience is just like others. I signed up in ***** was double billed, never given any receipt or confirmation. Tried to reach them by phone, email, contact form through website. Numbers were out of order or had a recording stating to call back. No direct emails. Never any response to contact us form on website. Couldn't cancel within 30 days because they couldn't be reached. Got my CC involved. They got a response from the bank w documents I had never seen threatening language that if a charge is disputed they will charge a $100 penalty. ****** earth shows no bldg at company address. On 07/14/2024, I signed up for a ************** to put me in front of lenders and title companies to gain job assignments. Since I have register, nothing has changed on the website screen, and all communication has stopped from ***-Signing. This company is a scam, I will like for the BBB to look into this company, get them shut down, and have hard earned money refunded.Initial Complaint

I previously had a paid account with this company over 1 year ago and did not receive any signings from them at all. I did not renew my account with them until several months after my initial account had expired. I signed up for another account after receiving emails almost daily stating "receive up to 20 signings each month and earn $125-$200 per signing" and that I was "missing out on several signings each day." I received a minimum of 10 emails beginning April 10 through May 30th 2023 with the same message. I signed up for the account on May 31, 2023 paying $49 for the account. As of today, I have not received 1 single signing. I sent an email to the company on August 18th requesting a refund and I received a response stating my request will be reviewed within 1 business day and I haven't heard anything back since then. Their marketing is very deceptive and I would just like a refund of my money and no further contact from this company.Business response

The customer signed up on May 30, 2023 and have read and agreed with our Terms and Conditions. Our refund policy is included in our Terms and Conditions page ************************************************
"Refunds. Our 30-day money back guarantee gives you time to make sure ***************** for you. If you need to cancel your membership for any reason, we'll happily provide you with a full refund within 30 days. No refunds will be issued after 30 days of receipt."
Customer did not ask us for a refund during the 30 day period.

Thursday, August 24, 2023 Complaint against USA Signing Agent; *************************************************************** USA Signing Agent (***-signingagent.com)I paid the $49 for the membership fee this morning. I never received an email confirmation for the purchase. I can show where it has come out of my bank already this morning, but when I log into my account, it still says that I need to pay. I have tried to call multiple times and couldnt get no one on the phone. I sent an email this morning and still no reply, and now I sent an email going through Better Business Bureau. I just want to get a refund for my $49. This relationship has already started off on a bad foot. I prefer not to continue it. Signed up for this company and never received confirmation email, but immediately took me to a completely different persons account. Charged my card immediately with no option to cancel. I signed up with this website on 10/19/21 one-year membership for $39, I reached out to the company on their website "contact us" a couple of times requesting to cancel my membership so that my debit card would not be charged on 10/19/2022. Well, today is 10/19/22 and my card was charged. I cannot seem to reach anyone or receive a response. I would like to cancel and have my funds returned. I wish I had seen all the reviews and the rating before I signed up last year. PLEASE HELP!Initial Complaint

I signed up for their database on 3/4 and the $39 were deducted from my account. I have tried logging in multiple times and I'm getting an error message saying it doesn't recognize my email address. I reached out by phone and email but gotten no response. I tried the "forgot password on their site" and this is the message I'm getting. (We don't have provided email in our database.Please check your email and try again or contact us.)I need help logging in or a refund. I get multiple emails from this company to sign up for their services and I thought $39 was not bad so I signed up. Now I don't know if I'm on their database or not. I hate the fact that they don't call or email you back. I want a refund because to me it seems they care less about their customer. I'm attaching the receipt of the withdrawal from my bank and an email I sent on the 8th.I also have used the contact us on their website with no success.
