I paid the fee of $49 on May 25, 2023 (9 months ago) to USA Signing Agent and haven't received one referral from them yet. I have emailed, called and left messages to no avail. They keep sending the message to "activate" my account which requires an additional payment of $49. They have not responded to my phone calls, or email. I've had ENOUGH!! I demand a refund and removal from their database. I do not want to hear from ***-Signing Agent ever again after they send my refund. With all of the negative reviews, it is probably safe to say that they are a SCAM and have figured out a way to stay in business by ripping off Notaries - especially after business over the past few years became slow due to COVID and other unforeseen circumstances.USA Signing Agent Response

I'm giving 5 stars to bolster this company's reputation. Their good reputation is critical to our success. It's human nature to want to spread bad news rather than good. If everyone who has a good experience with US Signing Agent were to leave a positive review then I dare say they'd have a much better reputation. I signed up 2 days ago because I'm a new signing agent and need to start somewhere so I will be patient. I know it's a dog eat dog world out there so I don't expect immediate responses and I expected to have to spend money to make money. You win some and you lose some. I'm willing to hang in here for the year of my subscription and then reevaluate if my expenditure was worth it.Review from Dana B

Signed up for this company and never recieved confirmation email, but immediately took me to a completely different persons account. Charged my card immediatly with no option to cancel. Have tried to contact by phone, but no response. Sent email, also with no response.Review from JAHI B

I notice something was not right when I never received an confirmation email from USA signing agent after I paid ***** dollars. After reading all of the bad reviews about this company being a fraud, I filed a compain with the better busness bureau and reported it to my credited card so I can get refunded. I am only giving 1 star because it's the only way I can submit this review, otherwise I wouldn't even give 1 starUSA Signing Agent Response
