      I put a deposit for a 2023 Lexus GX460 they took the money out of my account on April 10th. The salesman that was handling the deal went out on some sort of leave, which is fine. The new person handling the deal started telling me the date of arrival was pushed out and wanted to add markups/dealer add ons of sorts. I cancelled my reservation. Here we are April 29th and my deposit has NOT been refunded. I had spoken with ****** in their finance department earlier this week and he said he would track it down. I havent heard a word back from them. I was even told by two people in sales that my deposit would be refunded. Where is my deposit? This wasnt out of a CC this was from a debit card. My bank is real good about posting transaction so I dont believe you all have initiated the refund. Additionally I have called in multiple times asking about a refund on my extended warranty on the 2017 LS460 I purchased from you all and I havent gotten a call back on that either. I sold my 2017 LS460 on January 2nd, Im still waiting for the refund on that too. You all were very eager to take my money. Please assist in getting it back to me. If it is in process please let me know of the timeframe.

      sent to lexus Escondido 11/13/2022 I have bought or referred 5 cars in the last 5 years. I put CC deposit of $2000.00 for a new 2023 es300hUL on 8/19/22 and again another CC Deposit on 9/7/22 for another es300hUL with salesman *************************. Both cars are not available now due to a chip shortage. Tired of waiting, I want a refund to CC. I keep getting put off and ignored. This is not what I expected by *************************. As a loyal customer this is disheartening. I want my money back!

      I have researched the guests concerns

       

      *****, ****** has been out on medical leave for some time. I wish the guest would have reached out to someone else or someone in Management, we would have assisted immediately.

       

      Reached out to our business office to try and resolve for guest. Would there be a way to reach out to the guest and retrieve the receipt numbers from the guest? My goal would be to resolve guest concern right away.

      lexus escondido has to contact the credit card company. I have told lexus escondido this many times.
