      Order # K96274 Date of transaction: 7/16/22 Amount paid : about $40.00 The problem: I ordered a pair of shorts from this company. When entering my shipping address, I used the automatic data entry filler because my address is saved in my phone. I knew it was correct. When I got the notification my order was out for delivery, it said that it was out for delivery in *****, **. I have never been nor lived in *****, **. I am in ******, **. Not sure how one can get that confused. My item was returned to sender. I have reached out to this company, and I have had no reply from them. I reached out to them on 7/21/22, as soon as I saw the notification that my package was out for delivery in a completely different state. I do not want an apology from this company, I want my money back. At this point, this feels like theft due to no communication from the companies part. After I have reached out to them for answers. They have simply taken my money for a product I have not received nor will I ever receive. At least, thats how it feels right now with the lack of communication on the sellers part.

      I bought my daughter 3 of their shorts. She tried on one and they were too small, so I instantly ordered 3 of the next size, only to find out I was going to be charged a 10% restocking fee for the initial 3. Who does this, particularly given that 2 of the shorts were literally untouched?! After finding out about the restocking fee, I read their policies and found out they do exchanges for free. In line with their own policy (https://www.keikikona.com/policies/refund-policy), at 8am CST, I asked them to cancel the new order I had just made at 8pm CST the night prior, so I could do an exchange vs buying & returning. While their website says "Orders can be cancelled or changed up to 24 hours after you place your order for a full refund", of course these ************** scammers pretended like they had already shipped my 3 new shorts between my late night order and my 6am PST request to cancel. I then asked them to remove the restocking fee for my upcoming return, since I'm essentially doing a return, but they refused. I didn't care about the money; it's simply shady business practice to go against your own policy.I had all but forgotten about these people until yesterday when I received my return package back and found they sent me a PO Box that apparently doesn't accept packages! So, after sending the return, at my own expense, it was sent back to me via **** I have returned many, many packages in my life and have never had this happen. Upon researching a little, apparently PO Boxes can only receive **** packages (if even those), but how would an average consumer know this?? They should have included, "You MUST ship with ****" when they gave me the address.In reading all of the other complaints and reviews I've found online of Keiki Kona's business practices, this feels like one of their typical scams. I would like a FULL refund of my items + a prepaid **** label to compensate me for my wasted ************ failure to abide by their own stated policies.

      I purchased 4 items from the business. I was charged the full amount for all 4 items. I have only received 3 of the items. When I look up my order with the company it still shows the one item is processing. I have emailed the company multiple times and they just keep saying the item is about to ship and they will get back to me on the tracking number. There is still no tracking number on the item and they have since stopped emailing me with any information on the item. A refund on the item is no longer eligible due to it has been over 30 days and no information on where the item is?

      I bought shorts from this company. I wanted to exchange them for a different size. They took forever to get back to me on how to exchange. I sent back the shorts and tracked the package. The package arrived 2/22 at 6:30 PM. I have reached out to the company 3 times since the package arrived to get confirmation that they sent me my new shorts.No one has gotten back to me after 3 emails. I feel like they are just scamming me and not sending me my exchanged shorts.. Why do I have to file this twice to get the product I paid for!Here is the email I sent 3x Hi - this is the 3rd email I am sending ... I am hoping to get a confirmation that you have sent me my exchanged shorts...I see that my returned package arrived there 2/22 at 6:30 PM I would like to have confirmation that you have sent me my exchanged pink shorts in a large.Thanks,***************************

      I bought a pair of shorts from this company for my daughter. They are too small and I want to exchange them for a larger size. I have emailed the company twice a day on both their websites and no one has responded. There is no phone number to call and I do not want to return the shorts as I do not feel like they will reimburse me. I feel like they are just waiting until 30 days are up and then tell me I cannot exchange or return! I am so frustrated!

      It is very unusual that your emails have gone unanswered.  We have one of the most lenient exchange policies.  Please confirm that you have been emailing **********************************.

      We exchange sizes per request and exchange one time without the customer needing to pay shipping for the replacement piece.  The customer pays the shipping fee to return the item to us.

      Please send an email and I will make sure that the customer service department takes care of you right away.  If you send your previous email attempts, we can determine where in our customer service department, better training is needed.

      I ordered 2 skirts from this business. The one i got for my daughter is fine, but mine had a defect. Further the color was misrepresented online and what i received was way off f from the color depicted. The have a return/exchange policy but you have to email them to get permission. I have emailed them 3 times with no response. The flaw is that the elastic at the waist is only partially sewn.

      I ordered 4 pairs of shorts on Dec 9 and have never received them. I have emailed, messaged on FB and ******* with no response. My total was $125 and I have never received the items. There is no phone number listed to call.

      I ordered 2 pairs of shorts from KeikiKona in early April. I did not receive my order until late May - taking 2 months for them to send a domestic shipment. When I got the shorts, i emailed them saying I wanted to return them within a week. They have a bunch of instructions on how to return the the items (having to essentially write out my own return label instead of the company sending info)I sent the return and never heard from them again, and was never refunded. I emailed them and asked what the status was - and they responded saying my return was outside of their 30 day policy (yet remember, they took 2 months to get my items to me). I've emailed them now about 4 times without a response. They will answer you until they realize that they messed up - then they stop answering.I said I should still be refunded or at the very least - get a store credit for my items (new with tags) that i returned and they accepted.They never even told me they received my return until I reached out months later asking where my refund was.This is the most horrendous customer service I've ever experienced.. a disgusting company, ugly products, total scam.
