On April 23, 2022 I ordered a pizza from Dominos at 8:19pm. When I ordered it said the approximately delivery time would be ***** minutes which I was ok with waiting an hour and a half. I was tracking the status of the pizza through there website and at 8:57pm it said they had started the quality check. 10pm came around and still had no pizza. I called no answer. I called 3 times no answer. I never received my pizza that night but they charged my credit card. I called the next day April 24th, again no answer. I submitted a claim through their online website asking for assistance. They emailed me a claim case ID number *******, it said they were going to send it to the responsible party for resolution. Its April 30th, I still havent been contacted or refunded. Im submitting this to the bbb because this isnt the first time they do something like this. They have canceled orders after waiting almost the entire wait time to then call me and tell me they cant deliver. This time they didnt call or refund my money. All Im asking for is a refund for something I did not receive.
