Purchased a Sentinel H2O System on about 12/22/15 from Sentinel Hydrosolutions, with a TenYear Warrantee, and installed by Pacific Rim Mechanical. (*******), paid for by Credit Card, over the phone at that time. In the beginning the reduction in particulate matter or ppm was significant at our kitchen tap, since this was a whole house filtration unit.Over the years this filtration has gone down and in 2019 I left message to see if they would service the unit . No response . In 2020 I emailed them of my concerns and again in 2021 with a eMail in December ,with no one coming to look at the Unit. In January 2022, I did get an attachment on how to reset the time and day of the unit recharging sequence but No- were going to come out and look at it or test its filtration status.. This is what I need help with getting them to do...Can you Help,************************* 2/3/2022
