      Date of transactions: November 10th & 11th 2022, May 3rd & May 4th 2023 Total amount paid to the business: We rented out 9 cabins for our wedding party and purchased 10 total day passes for additional guests. This totals to: $5,928.90 The business committed to provide us: fire pit service until 12 am and grounds access to our wedding party arriving to the ranch on the day of their stay Guests Turned Away: Our wedding party members who arrived early to enjoy the outdoor area and hikes were unexpectedly turned away because their cabins were not ready. It was not clear that guests could not enjoy the ranch while they waited for their room to be ready. Staff did not talk to them directly and instead I was called and told to tell my wedding party that nobody can enter the grounds early. Staff refused to turn on fire pit due to their shift ending at 9pm and did not connect us with someone who could Inadequate Communication During Water Outage: We immediately noticed a lack of water, but it took approximately two hours to receive a text stating they had issues with providing water. In the communication we did not receive any details on where we could access clean water. This occurred on the day of our wedding and left many of our party with out an option to shower. In addition, we never received any follow-up communication, leaving ** uncertain about the restoration of water upon return after our wedding which took place at the Safari Park in *********.During checkout (11am on May 5th), the front desk was closed for an hour resulting in a frustrating wait past check-out time. Our concerns and request for partial reimbursement were met with promises to get back to us, but our attempts to contact them afterward have gone unanswered. (one of our parties ended their stay early and we have not received reimbursement for that night either)Business has failed to respond to our email and phone calls in attempt to receive partial reimbursement for failure of certain services.
