      I finally received the last pair which were the mens pair last night. Unsure why it arrived after date of said delivery. Every pair of shoes is too long. They are NOT US sizes at all. The two pairs I got of tennis shoes (the blue and white ones) were supposed to be wide. They were absolutely mediums, still too long but also not wide widths. The other shoes were all too long was their problems, noting that they all have a very chemical odor to them.I want a full refund now. I also want a shipping label either that or whoever deals with businesses that act as if they are in the ** selling junk so they can properly see the issues and shut down this scam business.

      ******************************************************* A Scam AlertIn my recent experience with Lurebest.com, I encountered what can only be described as a deceptive and fraudulent operation. After purchasing a pair of shoes from their website, the reality of what I received was a far cry from the enticing images showcased online.The shoes not only looked substantially different but were of inferior quality, leaving me deeply dissatisfied with my purchase. Attempting to rectify the situation by returning the shoes was met with absurdity as I was informed of exorbitant return costs, purportedly due to shipments to ***** despite the product originating from ********. Furthermore, their offer of a mere one-third refund of the purchase price was insulting, especially considering the misleading nature of their product representation. In addition to this, their lack of response post my refusal of the inadequate refund demonstrates a disregard for customer satisfaction and a lack of integrity in handling customer concerns. In light of these experiences, I strongly advise potential customers to exercise caution and refrain from engaging with ******************************************************* to avoid falling victim to their deceptive practices.

      I have reached out to the company several times gave them the information they requested. I wanted to exchange for the correct size, I have not heard from anyone. I am very upset that the company will not help....extremely dissappointed

      I ordered 2 pair of shoes from mostelo shoes in may 2022 and received one pair wrong size and let them know however my other pair never showed up stating they were out of stock. They agreed to send me the correct size of the ones I received stating to keep the other pair they had already sent and then offered me a different pair of shoes in replacement of the ones I ordered I sent them the pair I wanted in exchange for the out of stock ordered and paid for pair and they agreed( the pair in exchange was less than original sale) they agreed and said both pairs were on the way which the original cost paid was ****** and the cost for these was ***** they said my order would be on its way and a tracking number to be provided. I received nothing more from them tried to contact them and my emails were declined to sender so I assume they blocked me after stealing my money as well. I turned it into PayPal and they counter offered me 103 $ if I return the other pair well they are already worn and package is thrown away its Been over a month and a half and all o want is my correct order or a refund on my order.
