      I ordered $179 of products from Twisted Allure on January 30th. I still have not only not received them, but the company rarely answers emails. Their website says my order was fulfilled on February 7th, but they haven't even shipped it yet. They created a shipping label and that's it. The tracking number shows that the post office hasn't received it. Instead of making good on my order and shipping another one out, they are holding steadfast to blaming the post office and telling me their fulfillment department will get back to me. That was a few weeks ago. ********* silence. This is fraud as they already have my money. I want the products I ordered or my money back. My order is #*****

      Purchased an 80 dollar order over a week ago (11 days). The order was supposed to arrive yesterday but it wasn't. I have checked online and the order has not even been fulfilled yet. The biggest problem is that I have sent out various different messages and emails trying to get in contact with them to get any information at all about my order and have not received any response from them.I checked their social media and according to the comments I am not alone, they are ignoring their customers and not giving out any information on orders. At this point I would like to request a cancellation of the subscription and a refund for the purchase, but I am unsure how I am even going to accomplish that since they won't respond to anyone and keep taking their money.

      I placed one order and received it, no problem. Placed a 2nd order (and larger) the same day I received the 1st order since I loved the product so much. *** either lost the package or delivered to the wrong address. I filed a claim with them. They investigated it and called it a loss and told me to reach out the merchant, TwistedAllure, for next steps. It has been 2 weeks since I have reached out for next steps. They were busy with a summer product launch so they blew me off. I reached out again after the launch hoping to get assistance and it's been crickets. I reached out multiple times via email and also over social media. It looks like this business owner claps back at comments on here so let me full assure you that I am not filing this compliant in haste. I have given them plenty of time to do the right thing by resending my package or refunding me but it seems like they don't make customer service a priority. Which is a huge bummer because these are great products! Bad customer service!! No problem resolution whatsoever!! Lame.

      I paid 400 dollars and was told my package would arrive within 5 days.... 10 days later I still hadnt got my package then after paying 80 dollars for delivery was expected to pay ******************************************************************************************************************************************* that twisted hadnt been in contact with them I asked for a discount and they didnt even offer any super unprofessional company

      Ive contacted her through email twice and social media multiple times along with my girlfriend and have not gotten a response back on anything. I contacted her through a tik tok and asked if she responds to emails and she said yes and then never responded to my email its now been over a week. I have resent the same email to her and still have not gotten a response back. I have also ordered from her before regarding the shipping issue of why I paid for faster shipping and didnt receive faster shipping and still have not gotten a response back on that for like three months . I received my package and some of the items are perfectly fine but some were half full and destroyed. I also paid for faster shipping and did not receive faster shipping so I dont understand why I wouldve paid for it if it came in the same amount of time as a The cheaper shipping. I love supporting small businesses but I have never had an issue like this in the past and I always order gifts from small businesses.

      Customer did not allow ample time for our **************** to respond before filing a complaint. She emailed on a Sunday 7/10/22 and filed her complaint shortly there after on 7/10/22. Our business hours are Mon-Friday 10-6:00pm Pst. The customer was contacted and issued a refund for the item.
