Bought some parts to repair my old *************** tools. Took forever to ship but when I finally got 2 small envelopes on seperate days, noticed the largest (and most expensive) pieces I ordered were not sent. Tried emailing and calling with not a single reply. Filed a dispute with my credit card. This company is fraud.Initial Complaint

I ordered a part 2 weeks ago and haven't received it. I emailed and called with no answer at all. When I ordered the part I received a confirmation that said I would get a email with a tracking number. I never received the email. This business needs to be shut down.Business response

Mr. ***** fails to mention that the confirmation email he received states that the order will ship in 1-2 weeks from the date the order was placed, the order was shipped out within that time frame and ************** was sent an email with the tracking details once the order was shipped. There is a reason why we state both on the site and on the order confirmation that certain items take 1-2 weeks to ship and that is because some of these items are special ordered.Customer response

Yes it says that on the website but when I try and contact you about my item I get no response. Yes you shipped it today exactly 2 weeks after I ordered it and I believe the only reason you shipped it today was because I filed a complaint. You're doing bad business. No wonder you have so many bad complaints. I still believe this business should be shut down. Their customer service is s*** Like I said before. I will not purchase from you again and I will continue to leave bad reviews. I hope in the future you can get your s*** together.Business response

Sir, this order shipped today because as the estimated time frame states the item takes 1-2 weeks to arrive from our warehouse. You are more than welcome to speculate whatever you want about the shipping times, but there is a reason why it states 1-2 weeks on the item details.Initial Complaint

I ordered a part online because it said it was in stock and immediate shipment. It has been 4 days and the status is still 'Processing' I have called twice and sent email, all were not answered. My card has been charge. I truely expected this to be shipped 4 days ago. I would like the part to be shipped today or canceled and my card refunded.Initial Complaint

The only open order I found under your name and email address was order number 829977-0 which was placed on Monday 8/16/202, this case was opened the next day. I am at a loss trying to figure out how you want an order placed on Monday to be delivered next day when the site states that the item ordered will ship in 1-2 weeks, I will cancel and refund the order as per your request.
