Horrid, crooked company that extorts money from people in dire need. They say up front that insurance normally doesnt take their claims and now I know why!They charged us $3,000 for less than an hours worth of work to set up 3 fans. Our insurance company found a company to do a FULL restoration for $600. To add insult to injury, the goons place a $3000 mechanics lien on our property. This company EXTORTS money from people and should be shut down or at least investigated! QUICK DRY IS A CROOKED COMPANY THAT EXTORTS MONEY FROM PEOPLE IN NEED!!!Review from Karina C

The service provided by Quick-Dry Flood services was efficient and resolved the problem in a professional and ethical manner. There were some setbacks on behalf of the insurance company, but everything was resolved thanks to ******. She helped me reach a payment agreement, in which I was able to have peace of mind and everything was resolved. I definitely recommend Quick-Dry Flood services, is a company you can trust!Review from Schahrzad M

I am really blown away with the honesty, professionalism, and care for the customer from everyone I interacted with at this company. They actually have pride of work and stand behind what they promise. From the drivers, to the receptionist, to ***** the owner, they were responsible, got back to me promptly, and dealt with my situation in a way that I wanted to give them each a hug to be honest. I wish we had more small businesses like this!Their good service stands in sharp contrast to other companies I deal with, where the employees just do the bare minimum, because they probably don't feel appreciated by the owners, who are all about profit ( f the customer, f the employees, thus the "quiet quitting" movement). You can see I am very passionate about good customer **********************.

I first know quickdry in ************************************* a rental near West View highschool. They came almost like 30 min after my call and start drying. Everything was very smooth. I've been using them for several projects and they are always very easy to work with. Their workers are knowledge and patience. They made sure there is no headache dealing with insurance. Basil and **** did a great job for me when I needed help with a leaking pipe in my kitchen. They were quick to respond and very thorough in reviewing what needed to be done to dry the affected area and to minimize the possibility of mold. **** carefully explained all the services and their costs, and the paperwork. Basil expertly explained not only what he was doing, but why he was doing it when setting up equipment. **** R followed up with the equipment removal and to go over the next steps in the process.
