I purchased the Platium Blond hair with the intent on dying it. I hire a professional stylist and colorist to achieve the desired look. I'm a natural red head. My stylist attempted to dye the hair several times, the hair would not deposit ANY COLOR at all. I reached out to Baby Doll several different ways. By Chat, email. message on ******** The owner did a recent video stating they were still in business and they are available for questions etc. She even stated all their hair can be dyed. I immediately sent a message to be contacted, and that message was deleted. Several weeks later I sent another message and that one was deleted too. I spend $100 to purchase 1 bundle of this color, and it was suppose to be part of the total amount of hair needed for the style I wanted. I could not use the hair, I had to revert to using parts of old hair that I was going to throw away. BTW that hair was a different texture than the new bundles of Baby Doll Hair I purchased. I would like to at least hear ffrom Baby Doll with an explaination and provide me a replacement bundle of hair that I can use Unprofessional and disappointed by their lack of concern for their customersReview from Nadyne O

Although I was aware this business closed it brick and mortar stores a few years ago, Baby Doll Luxury Hair managed to maintain an online presence. Because I was very pleased with its product, I placed an order online. I received an automated confirmation. But that was it. I have attempted to reach out on all communication platforms. My email was bounced back. Both of their published phone numbers are disconnected. My attempts to communicate on ******** and IG have received no response. They recently posted a video on ******* assuring its customers that they are still in business. I posted a comment requesting to be contacted. My comment was immediately deleted. I posted another comment and kept a screenshot of my comment. It was also immediately deleted. It is clear to me that this company is no longer in business however they are taking its customers money with no intention to fulfill orders. This is unacceptable.
