I had no live person pick up the phone, and received a voice message. Stating I could provide my information via text, which was a request for a ride home from the airport. The company never bothered to respond to my text message. Arriving at the airport the shuttle was not present at the time, so I called the company, and they told me, they would arrive to pick me ** in about 5 minutes. Upon the shuttle arrival they already had one customer in the ******************, which clearly was not someone who just came from the airport. While out front with the shuttle, another 4 person family also needed a ride, and also had a reservation.The driver expressed that we could not all get in the shuttle, and that I would have to wait for him to come back, and get me. Why not just communicate with a customer ahead of time, and tell them they don't have room for me in the shuttle in advance? That way one can make other arrangements in advance. The shuttle driver told me no other transportation options were available, and I needed to wait for him to go down to Eureka, than return for **** walked away, and proceeded to use a taxi parked behind the shuttle service. And the price was the same as the shuttle service. This shuttle business really neds to manage better how they communicate with customers.
