Took my 2005 ***** in for repairs. Kept hearing noise so took it back a couple more times. Still couldn't fix problem. Come to find out later, it was my back Ackle, at one point they did work to my back tiers and drained the oil in my back Ackles, but never filled it back up. Leaving me with a cripled suv, and after 3500 in repairs I no longer have the money to fix what they did.Business response

After reviewing this complaint and reviewing the work history we have provided a attachment of the work order showing that we did not open and or service the rear differential at any point. The only work that was performed by us on the vehicle was a brake service which included replacing front brake pads, and brake calipers, customer declined having front rotors replaced and was informed there would still be a wooshing sound and slight vibration if rotors did not get replaced. None of these repairs would have caused us to service, drain, or open the rear differential at any point. We are disputing this claim under the basis and facts provided showing we did not perform any work on the rear differential at any point.
