      I ordered 25 blacklight posters and only received 7. No further deliveries, no refunds, no response to my inquiries about my order.

      I ordered a product and it has not been delivered. The only status update was that it was taking longer to ship. I emailed and called multiple times. Finally with simply wanting a refund or where my order is. No shipping information has been given and no calls have been returned.

      Hello good day Im filing a complaint against this company because on 5/8/2024 I purchased 2 posters from this company and havent received them also Ive only received a message stating that its in processing Ive made several calls and emails with no response the website says its takes 1-8 days its been 8 days already and I WANT MY REFUND back ASAP !!

      On 4/19/24 I ordered a poster, caption said 1-5 business days to ship. After 5 business days I got an e-mail stating it would take 5-8 business days to ship. On the 8th business day I got an e-mail stating order is still delayed (no reason) and gave me a selection of items that ship 1-5 business days. I e-mailed back asking for the reason for the delay. No response, that was another 6 business days ago. Its now 5/8/24 and can get no response from business.

      Ordered a glow in the dark tapestry from Trippy Store on 3/30/24, they charged my card on 4/1/24 and it has not yet shipped. Requests for updates have gone unanswered. Today I researched their reviews and most are negative with people either not receiving the items they ordered or receiving them months later. I want the item but I am not confident they aren't scamming me. I just want my money back or the item delivered.

      I ordered 2 posters almost 3 weeks ago (on 1/26/24) and I reached out on 1/31 after no updates. I was told the items were still "in process"... although my money was taken immediately and the items were available to order on the site as if they were in stock. I then received an email on 2/6 stating "my items are taking longer to ship than typical. You'll have the option to WAIT for your item to ship OR choose a replacement"... Here were are, now on 2/14 and still no updates about my order although money was taken as soon as I clicked the order button. I am not the only one who has had issues with this company. Several others on "trustpilot.com" reviews have similar stories to mine. This site is ripping people off and taking our money without giving us our products.

      I ordered a wall tapestry for my niece for Christmas, I placed the order on December 18,2023. Order#*****. The Trippy Store still hasnt shipped the tapestry and now they are saying that its taking an unusually long time to ship that particular item they ask if I wanted to choose a different item. I do not want a different item! They were quick to take my money but dont seem too concerned to fill the order. I would never order from them again and I think that their business practices are terrible. I tried to email them today at their help email and when I hit send it doesnt even send the message? Maybe you can get a better response out of this company.

      They never delivered anything. They created a fake label almost a month after I ordered everything and claimed part of it was delivered on Tuesday but nothing was ever delivered. I filed a complaint with *** and *** had my address as the address of the business I was ordering posters from for my son. They are a 100% scam. I worked my entire life to save to buy a house for myself and my son. We finally have a house and he chose this companys posters to decorate his first real room. These people should be ashamed of themselves.

      Its been 2 weeks since placing my order with this business. I have not heard anything in regards to my order. Ive been reaching out through email.       I ordered from them. I spastically if they delivered to ********. They said yes, many times. The also added ***** for shipping. After it was sent to my state I was told I had to pay ****** insurance which will be returned to me upon delivery. Paid the 100. Then was told I had to pay 100 to customs. Couldnt believe it. I refused, Ive been blocked. The emails that was given to me was nonexistent. I was a trusting fool. Im out ******
