*************** says easy 90 day returns but yet they never respond to emails, phone calls ,nothing, looking at all the rest of the reviews half of them say the same thing, how this company is still in business is beyond me ,losers !!!Review from Ashley G

Its been 2 weeks since placing my order with this business. I have not heard anything in regards to my order. Ive been reaching out through email. The phone is going straight voicemail. This is horrible customer service.Review from Eric K

I wanted to do a project and wanted fun items..saw the trippystore and had great variety. I just went and ordered and didnt even look at reviews. I got a normal automated response when ordering saying we got your items, give us a some time etc. Fine. I get a partial shipment like 2 weeks after the order. But its the holidays so I am just saying..the mail is what it is. But when I contact them (or attempt to) they NEVER RESPOND! If you call, they say email us. When you email them , its says expect a response in 1 day. I have attempted 4 times and they dont even have the courtesy to respond. This place is the worst! BUYER BEWAREReview from Rebecca S

Beware they are a scam!! I placed an order for a Grateful Dead blanket and never received it. Multiple emails have been sent and voicemail left. No response whatsoever!Review from Hudson B.

Ordered four posters on 07/23/22, Money was drawn from account and got a confirmation email stating it would ship in 1-8 days. On 08/04/22 I got an email stating that some of the items I had ordered werent yet available and that if I wanted to switch for items that were to respond. I only want the items I ordered so I didnt reply as I assumed my order would ship when ready. Now over a month later I have still have not received a tracking number, package, or refund. I feel the posters I ordered should never have been listed for sale if they werent available to begin with. I had specifically picked out what I wanted and absolutely dont want any substitutions. It was cool to find a store with such awesome products, I was immensely excited upon ordering and have been highly anticipating the arrival of my order as I was trying to decorate the cultivation room for my new business. Now I am completely disappointed, I would much rather have what I ordered and paid for but would be happy with at least a refund.Review from Alexis C

They have a great selection of items, which is ultimately why I decided to order posters from here. I wish I wouldve read reviews before ordering from them. I submitted my order on July 23rd and it still hasnt shipped. Ive been patient and understanding with the whole process, but now Im just fed up. If they actually took time to respond to emails, then I think reviews wouldnt be so negative of them all the time. People will be understanding as long as you respond to their concerns and let them know exactly whats happening. For instance, dont send out an email saying that an item is delayed and ask what you want to do about it, and then not respond! I planned to have these posters available for when I moved into my new house, but thats not happening now. I can be patient with business that are backed up, or need some time with orders. What Im not patient with, is when every customer is ignored unless they publicly complain about their order. Do better.
