On Sunday April 3rd 2022 my daughter and I visited the **** Spring Carnival in ****, ** held by Brass Ring Amusements aka ************ Amusements and/or Midway of Fun. I witnessed operators allowing people (most of which were children) to ride alone on rides that specifically had signs saying FOR YOUR SAFETY NO SINGLE RIDERS. They were going against their own rules, which to me seems like a major safety issue. I also witnessed them bypass vomit on an enclosed ride, space intruders. They didnt bother cleaning it up, and I would presume that to be a health issue. Especially in the day and age of Covid. Lastly, they are taking advantage of families (many low income such as myself) with misguided information. The all day unlimited card from the kiosk wasnt unlimited at all but instead used as tickets. Its $32 for unlimited rides that ended in my daughter only riding 5x before the card was empty. They said I would have to reload another $32 on the kiosk, and then trade the card in for a wristband. It was confusing because what is the point in having a kiosk if I have to get in line anyways to trade the unlimited card for a physical wristband? This company intentionally provides misguided information in order to gain more profits. Its pure greed. I tried to contact the company directly via their social media sites and their direct website but for some reason they immediately blocked me. I tried to leave reviews in the form of comments, as that was the only option, and they deleted those as well so that others wouldnt see the negative review. Greetings, in response to ****************** complaint from April of 2022, *************** did not understand our ticketing system. If you read her complaint she even states she understood not to use the card as a wristband, and was then surprised at the outcome. If I can be completely candid, we have more than one million plus customers each operating season. Its odd that only **************** had an issue with our self serve system. As normal course of conduct, when we have a dissatisfied customer we simply give them a replacement or a refund. This particular customer was unhinged, immediately blasting on social media, blowing up the company message inbox and telephone. We endeavor to satisfy customers, but I will not allow my team to be abused. That is pretty much all there is to this. I al including the instructions located at each self serv kiosk. I hope this answers any questions.
