My dishwasher wasnt fully washing dishes, so I found these guys online. A guy showed up at my house the same day in a coup sedan, not a work van, with a bag of tools in the trunk. He seemed to know what he was doing so I let him work on my dishwasher. He told me he needed to replace the motherboard for what he quoted around $500 bucks Including tax. Although once he installed the new motherboard the dishwasher still didnt work. He claimed that it must actually be the display/controls, but that the part was unavailable and even if it was available it would be another $300 bucks.So in the end he was unable to fix my dishwasher. I still had to pay about $125 for the service call, but my dishwasher was still broken, so I bought a new one at ******** Appliance Source on *********. In general the technician seemed knowledgeable, but he was unable to fix my dishwasher and I question if he actually knew what was wrong with it or was just going to replace parts until it started working again. I also didnt like that he showed up in his personal vehicle and not a service van. This is just my experience. Im sure they have fixed many peoples appliance problems and that is a huge relief when your appliances break down, but they didnt fix mine, and I feel like I paid an extra $125 bucks for a service call before I bought my new dishwasher. *************************
