I am questioning the qualification of one of the stylists at the salon, *******************************, as she has colored and cut my hair on three different occasions, each in which she did not provide a mirror to see the back of my head. Each time the color and cut have been extremely unprofessional in every way so I question whether or not she is actually certified in cosmetology. I also want to report that the beautician I'm referencing does not have her license posted prominently at her station, neither do any of the others in the salon. I did contact the supervisor and explained my problem, she insisted I return for them to fix the problem. I said I will NEVER return there and requested a refund, she refused. I ended the call with a rude remark but I was livid, I paid $125.00 for the hairdo and $25.00 tip, the most I've ever paid for either and could have gotten better service a Great Clips!Customer response
