Called in Lawyer (week/two prior) to ask about Eviction Instruction Process to file an eviction for a tenant; was told that we needed to submit a $1,000 dollars to 'start eviction', spoke to Lawyer; she never told me she was 'on the clock' nor even told me what was her hourly rate: Sent in the 1K (2/21/23) and emailed the paper work on 2/21/23 - two weeks after submitting money/paperwork (have receipt from them), they never filed the eviction, never contacted me back. I called two days later and secretary told me lawyer was in trial. Called next week to ask again, no filling of paperwork to the courts, no phone call back to me, no status, nothing. Called again the next week, secretary said lawyer had gotten my message; that I should email. I did. No response. Called again two/three times, spoke to secretary said she had relayed over the message; and that lawyer had not 'gotten' to my file. On 3.2.23 we emailed her to pause the eviction due to the non response from her part. Spoke to Receptionist the next day, told me to email again, did. Kept calling each week; at week 5, was told that ****** said she was going to take off the top of the money due to her time, yet she never reviewed the file, nor filled the evictions with the courts; due to that we had to negotiate with the tenant; I emailed asking guidance, and no response. Another time I called, the secretary said "refund was caught in between every two weeks of billing cycles" it has now been almost a month and NO EMAIL, NO PHONE CALL BACK, NO MESSAGE, NOTHING. I have called numerous times, and all secretary keeps telling me, is that she has passed on the message; and to this day Nothing. The most frustrating part, is absolutely silence for almost a month. No service, no action, no communication or explanation.I was never told that very initial call with the lawyer that we were on the clock of fees; I never signed anything, for she never responded at all to anything no being almost April! Please help me.
