Hello,We booked a room through *********** travel at the Super8 in Fairfield for one night for June 7th. We are in the evening of June 7th and are told that the rooms have sold out and theyve issued refunds. I confirmed that they would refund our reservation since they cancelled our room. Ive called the hotel but no one answers. The charge was for *****. My credit card disputed and they lied and said we checked in. There are several other complaints that they have done this before. 06/13/2022 My husband **** and *************************** Room 206 and our traveling partners ********************* and **** were in Room 205- They experienced the same.We arrived the evening of June 10th for 3 nights. When we booked this Hotel from thier website. included Room service,outdoor pool and a continental breakfast. This was also listed on our room confirmation. We checked in and awoke the next morning to have 1 large towel 2 hand towels and no washcloth for our shower. We then went down to the office and asked for more towels and a nice indean man said they will deliver new towels to our room. they never came. We then went down 2 times there after and were told that the laundry people dont come intil 9am. we had no clean towels for 3 nights. Everything from the pool to the breakfast to the room service were all advertised on the website. After a long 10 hour drive my arthritis was so bad I was looking forward to the pool for soothing my bones and muscles from being cramped ** in a car for 10 long hours. And we were expecting a light breakfast to save money. Having to use the same towels between 2 people was discusting. I am requesting a full refund. I have contact them via email 3 times and I keep getting we will respond within 48 to 72 hours. still no response that they will send us a refund. All of this is false advertising and I am requesting a full refund.
