      ******************* My furniture was picked up 23 April 2024 in *********, ** -. My furniture was delivered on May 29, 2024, severely damaged and missing a major piece . Brooklyn Moving **** could not provide a copy of the Bill of Lading for the delivery, as required by Federal law, despite making several phone calls and emails requests.The delivery was orchestrated by the driver who had the police called on him by a neighbor for disorderly conduct. He made one of two beds which I had to remake because it was not done right, left a multitude of unopened boxes dumped at random, and insisted he was finished in a very aggressive manner. I knew I would have to hire a helper, and I did hire the helper he sent home earlier. Turns out when I tipped his workers $50 each, he pocketed the money for the helper he sent home earlier, however, he told me he would give the $50 to him. There were items that were not mine and I did not want them. I told the driver. He ignored me. I paid $500 to the helper and his wife to help complete the move. All of this constitutes a theft and a failure to provide the moving service I contracted with Brooklyn Moving ****

      Horrible!!!! This moving company charged me an extra $760 than what I was quoted, and I didn't even have 10 of the items I listed on the original inventory list. When the carrier MAJDI KAMAISH showed up, he claimed his help wasn't answering the phone, so I had ONE person moving all of my furniture and belongings into my apartment. He filled the elevator FULL of my belongings as well as the outside of the elevator so absolutely nobody could use the elevator for at least two hours. He did not reassemble my furniture and paid my 66-year-old father $20 to help him bring my couch to the 2nd floor. On top of that, several boxes were completely trashed, two vases and a plant pot were shattered, the bottom frame and springs on my couch were busted, and my daughter's twin bed frame is STILL missing, all of which are no older than two years. Not only that but the entire time this clown moved my things, he yapped about how shady this company is. So, I 100% DO NOT recommend this business. I paid over $3000 for horrible delivery services and for my brand-new belongings to be trashed!

      If I could give 0 stars I would. First they showed up 3 days late to pick up my stuff. Which delayed my closing and was awful. We moved all the way across the country. They said our stuff would be delivered July 2. It didnt arrive until July 20! We were literally sleeping on the floor. Then its one man that shows up to unload. Nice man, but I had to unload my own stuff. The boxes looked like they lived outside for a month, all smushed and ripped. Kitchen table broken, office desk broken, and a bunch of other stuff. I thought surely they would make things right but they didnt, they offered a $15 credit. I told them where to shove it. I wouldnt wish this place on my worst enemy.

      They lie to you from the beginning they gave a price about 2400 dollars get you to sign a contract on line with pan transit *** lines then Brooklyn morning comes to pick up my things when they raise the price . I still have not received my things. Pick up date 5-30-24 delivery date 6-13-24 pick up address ************************************************************** Delivery address ********************************* total price is over 7000 dollars

      If I could provide zero stars I would. This company is not upfront in the beginning. They tell you what you want to hear and everything changes after you sign the contract. My price was doubled at pick up. My arrival date was a mouth after the scheduled date and customer service is horrible, rude, and disrespectful.

      I have moved several times, but Brooklyn Moving exceeded all my expectations. The movers were courteous and efficient, ensuring everything was packed securely. The storage facilities are clean and well-maintained. I couldn't be happier with their service.

      I moved with them from ******** to *******I did Full packing. The crew were really helpful and professional. they did good job in the packing. Also, they were fast as well. In the delivery they organize my house for me they know what they are doing.I appreciate you guys and Im sorry happy with my experience. I wish you all the best.

      A nightmare of a company! They quoted us one price, loaded the truck, and then tripled the price before they delivered our stuff at their convenience. A one-day move turned into three or four days. This company's practices are nothing short of extortion. Don't just take my word for it, check out their Yelp page ********************************************************************************** to see for yourself. They go by 2 phone numbers, and there are other moving companies by the same name, so ****** and Yelp thoroughly to make sure to avoid this one. They also go by another address in Commerce. For some reason I am unable to post them in here.
