********************* Today at 4:41 PM Mailing address has been updated for the utitlities. I do not consent to using my portfolio funds for these bills.********************* 10/04/2022 9:29 AM Can you clarify that waving one months management fees ($169 )was or wasnt the reimbursement for the previous bills that was already paid. Im tracking going forward you would like for me to pay and provide proof, I would like to counter that solution with changing the billing address so you guys can manage that responsibility. The payment and proof want be required at all. Im not seeing the accountability on your team side. I was very clear in how the tenant bills should be handled. Lets be clear in how you will backpay me for the previous month Ive paid. Again its not fair me and resolve this frustration by cooperating with my request. I was charged $100 lease violation for killing the grass that I installed with my own personal money. I was not reimbursed for the work done.
