i have been attending this treatment facility for some time now for my endometreosis amongst other issues, i was in the process of earning one of my takehome medications back by providing clean ua samples. i gave the clean samples and was instructed to complete a call back where i have to take my meds in to be verified. for as long as i have been coming here when a call back is required the patient comes back to the clinic, is then able to jump to front of line to complete the required task. well there is a new manager and nurses and for some reason the new manager had an issue with the completion of this task. then the next day i am suppossed to get my additional take home back but instead i get punished because the new manager wants to assert their dominance or something and takes the takehome that i just earned back in doing exactly as i was required. but it doesnt end there, an additional takehome is taken away from me as well. instead of educating me about the updated rules or policy or what have you i get punished even more. at which point my husband then attempts to call corporate in hopes to find out what the procedures are for these kind of circumstances, he leaves a messege for a call back. no call back happens from corporate like was requested instead the top person at my clinic "Raj" calls my husband and informs him that she doesnt know anything about what is going on, at which point my husband try to find out details about the situation. Raj then makes a statement that shows that she is informed about what is going on and when my husband tried to probe more on the matter she then hung up on him. then when i go back into the clinic the next day i then get another takehome taken away from me as punishment for reaching out to corporate. so now instead of only having to drive to the next town over once a week for my treatment i now have to foot the gas and time to go four times a week all for doing as i was instructed to do
