I have the same experience as others. I placed a pre-order for gray NRG S900 shoes. After multiple attempts to request status they finally responded in Feb of 2023 that the shoes would be shipped in 30 days. It is now Feb **** and NO SHOES! This come after previously ordering 2 different pair and receiving them. It is obviously no longer a business and a class action lawsuit should be brought against ********************************* as hes obviously moved on with his life after scamming multiple customers. There needs to be a lawsuit filed against them. We ordered 2 pairs of shoes in May 2023. In august they said they were a presale and would be shipped when they came in. It is Jan **** and we have not received them. Now their email address I was using is undeliverable and no website. They stole from us and they need to be held accountable.Review from Jada W

I ordered shoes from them back in 2017 and was satisfied with the service and product. I returned to order 6 pair of shoes in August of 2023. I reached out via email in October and they said they were working on shipping my order out. I waited until December and discovered that their website, app and email no longer work. I ordered a pair of shoes from MLO in October 2022. Upon follow-up (14 times; 1 whole year), they kept saying to be patient and they were still committing to the order. After about the 10th response, it was apparent that there was no one to assist me and...the end! When I asked to provide a phone number and a supervisors name, they said, no. It doesn't even appear there is a home office and their shoe selection went from 20 down to 1 shoe (NRGs). This appears to be a store front with no merchandise - stay away!Review from Gabriel W

I ORDERED 2 PAIRS OF SHOES IN DECEMBER 14, 2022. RECEIVED THE PINK SHOES BUT NOT THE BLUE ONES. I HAVE SENT OVER 50 INQUIRIES BUT NO RESPONSE. I REQUESTED A REFUND ON THE BLUE ONES. THEY ARE TERRIBLE. I WENT ON LINE TO DAY AND SAW A PAIR ON SALE.Review from Jennifer N

It has been 28 weeks since I've purchased shoes from this company. They've taken my money and provided me with an email thread of excuses which is by far the longest I've ever experienced. They won't acknowledge that after 28....Twenty Eight weeks - the shoes are lost in transit. MLO insists I wait for them to arrive, return them, then wait for them to be received before they'll refund my money. I have never experienced such poor customer service. The only explanation is this is a fraud scheme. Meanwhile, the owner flaunts his lifestyle and 'new designs' all over social media. Do not waste your money on this fraudulent company.Review from Hannah G

Ordered shoes back in November 2022 for a christmas gift. It is March 2023 and still have not received them. I email the company and they tell me that they will not refund the money, I will have to wait until I receive them but there is no tracking update at all. Not even that it was picked up. They said that it can be redeemed lost after 90 days but when I have reached 90 days and they still wont refund the money. They don't even follow their own policies. Please don't order from this company. They will rip you off.
