I contact the BBB about US BANK in June 26th of 2024 I order a dinning set from the merchant ***** the dinning set was $275.39 I made a mistake and hit it twice I notification ***** right away and ***** cancel the whole order and reimburse me back the same day I look into my and found out US BANK releases $299.26 I contact SU BANK and asked them why did yall give ***** my money so like ways I got sent too the fraud department like always and this happened every other month since 2021 I was told they would do a dispute this was in June this July going to August tomorrow I called again this morning same thing sill pending but this morning the banker this morning told me he see it saying US BANK received the credit back from ***** but he don't see it in my account I don't want US BANK to take my money I have bills an rent to pay because US BANK keep letting merchants going to your account when they want to they should fix the problem one of the bankers told me if the merchant have your account number they can go into anytime they want to but that's not good at all they tell you to lock your card when you lock your card you can't get it unlocked you have to go into the branch to get it unlocked so thats not no good either I just want my money so I can close the account for good I'm tired of US Bank they're not no good and I wouldn't recommend them to no oneBusiness response

This customer complaint is for a company the customer refers to as *****, and refers to a dining set. This complaint is not for Wafex USA. We were not involved in this transaction in any way and would like to have it removed from any association with Wafex USA.

I bought an item from Amazon some of the items came broken and they request me to send my identification which I refused to And Amazon told me they will not accept the return I was told I made too many refunds when the item is damage Ill return it and get my refund some cases they will say it does required a return but youll have a refund Sending my ID to a company over the phone thats PROFILING And they were very nasty with me Please help me
