Paid for my order May 20. $139 No communication from company until 3 weeks ago. They do not answer their phones ever. They keep saying the order is shipping this week - and then nothing. I am incredibly disappointed in my experience with this company. I received my first initial order and it had a lot of quality items that were fresh, so I ordered a shipment for my office and staff as well. That shipment only partially shipped, and the passion fruit and dragon fruit were damaged in the shipment. I reached out with photos immediately and after several days, received a response that a new shipment would be sent out but only for the passion fruit. Well its been almost a month and Ive not received any passion fruit, dragon fruit, or the lychee and rambutans from that order. I called the company; no one answers or calls back. They unprofessionally text you (without advising what company it is) to tell you to check your email. The company corresponds via email at most once per week, which leaves the consumer hanging and frustrated without resolution. Ive emailed and texted about my horrendous experience and wouldnt you know it- its been almost a week and no one has gotten back to me. These business practices are predatory and this company is poorly run, has awful communication, and subpar customer service. I am still missing fruit while having paid for it.
