Buyer be ware!I was expecting so much more, but was I in for a treat! I truly hate to write negative reviews, but The short story is that EOS has issues to be concerned with. I would not recommend this company due to support and shipping are not in sync with each other. Good luck if you have damaged parts!The longer version is: I ordered the C7 stage 3 carbon fiber kit (kit is mixed with carbon flash and carbon fiber parts, ugh), grille, fender flares (carbon flash) and rear diffusers (hydro carbon). Their web page is very confusing as the same items are listed for both carbon flash and carbon fiber kits.Lets start with, a few parts were scratched badly (although, shipping box was not damaged). After contacting support at EOS, it was well over a week to get a response from them. I requested an RMA to return the damaged parts. I received the RMAs a few days later and it took over two weeks to get the replacement parts. The replacement parts came and another part damaged, three days for another RMA. Repeat return and shipping, 2 weeks.I also learned that the front splitter winglets and hardware was missing. I requested missing items. Regarding the damaged fender flare, I requested a refund. They sent me the fender flares again. The rear winglets mounting holes I found were too small in diameter and needed to be drilled larger. With the carbon fiber side skirts, each had s**** holes in wrong locations. A lot of engineering issues with these parts.When contacting support, they rarely answer the phone. Continue until you can leave a message, they state you should send email for a faster response. Dont worry, a text will follow for customer support. I left multiple messages and emails for each event. All of which were extremely frustrating due to the amount of time waiting for a response. It appears that support and shipping departments are not in touch and it takes days for them to communicate the issues. I would definitely NOT recommend this company!Review from john m

Bought a Carbon duckbill wing for a wrx and the quality was terrible. I have bubbles and soft spots In the wing. Messaged the company about it and they said no returns after 30 days.All in all pretty bad experience, spend your money somewhere else.Review from Benny L

I ordered some carbon fiber parts for my vette and they never got delivered so $1600 in the trash, they claim that they delivered it they never did, I reached out they told me it was delivered and never got another reply from them. I dont recommend them.Review from Dammeion B

I bought a set of carbon fiber mudflaps for my c6 corvette. Product arrived late , no problem. I go to install, the fitment was trash. Nothing lined up and the top part was curved way to much I had to forcibly try to bend to get it in place. Tried getting a refund for this trash products. They charge a 45 return fee and a 15 percent restocking fee. So I guess it's the customer fault you gave them a bad product. Never doing business with them again.Review from chris r

A very bad company!! They don't care for there customers at all. just recently bought 2 rear diffusers for my vette painted carbon black. $525.00 out the door. (yeah right) both diffusers came scratch up like some back yard ho -******************* painted them.and a 1.5 inch cut right insight on 1 them. Also bought a front splitter last year too it was primer instead of being painted carbon fiber and I reach out and nothing back. coast me a extra $$ to have it painted, seems like I will have to make a visit personally to them. since I'm a hour away. just really uneducated people working there and taking customer money without any real customer service!! **** poor products too!! Ordered side skirts and splitter for may ******* Only received part of the order. I emailed to notify, I have not received all my order, only one part of it. No side skirts. The next day got email saying order has been delivered. I then called, no answer; email to let them know the order was not the delivered I had 2 tracking numbers and one only the label created ***** did not receive the other part of the order. Only response I got was we will check on it and get back shortly. Multiple email and calls later no response. When I ordered the item list stated "in stock ready to ship". I got my tracking numbers the same day. How hard it it to say we made a mistake or there is a delay, "your item will be shipped on this day", or "we sold out, we will be providing a refund" or "we are on backorder, would you like a refund or wait". Just to not respond is ridiculous. No customer service what so even and that is what is lacking in this new generation of people Looking more into different reviews seem like many people are have the same issues. May be this 1 employee company needs to better organize or get more staff. Or this is a partial scam send what it can and get over on the rest. I have disputed with my CC company.Review from Amy C

I paid $1,200 for 5VM side skirts for my 2023 C8 Corvette. Within 5 months the right side became warped. The vehicle is rarely driven and garage parked. No reason for it to have warped. I contacted the store via email with photos and was told too bad, too sad, you are outside the 30 day return window. The products are cheap and defect easily. Probably wiser to save up for better quality from another shop. In the end, your money will be wasted here and you will have to replace the product at your cost.Review from Garry G

Not sure why so many bad reviews on this company, clearly there are a lot of unhappy customers out there....that being said, I just received a set of wicker tab extensions for my 2023 Z06. The quality is amazing and they fit perfectly. I am a very happy customer.Review from Terry G

I had placed an order for Two(2) Carbon Fiber Mirror Covers for my **** *** ******** ! Once they arrived, they Didnt Fit ! I had addressed this issue and the response I got, is that I had Ordered for a *** ******** !I Emailed my Order back to Extreme Online Store, to show that I indeed, ordered the Right Covers ! Upon getting my Refund, they charged me $44.50 Restock Fee and it Cost me an Additional $25.82 to send my item back ! In All my Years of ordering online, Ive Never Been so Frustrated / Disappointed, as I am with this company ! I Wouldnt Recommend Extreme Online Store to Anyone ! I should have looked at their reviews, before I placed my Order ! ****** Learned ! Frustrated Customer, to say the Least ! ***
