Bunnin Chevrolet inflated my son's income so that they could sell a car. On the application, he put $1200 per month as income, but the Bunnin Finance department inflated the income to $4,100. When I found out that the company inflated his income, I called the sales manager and asked him to cancel the purchase. The manager said, "it's too late, the car already shipped." I asked the sales manager, "why didn't you check for income validation?" However, the sales manager did not respond to my question. I explained to Bunnin managers that my son is on disability and the company took advantage of his reduced mental capacity. They had no sympathy. Now, he has a car that he can't afford and is waiting for the loan company to repossess the car which will destroy his credit rating.

Very poor customer service in the service side. No one calls you back, you leave messages and get the excuse that they were busy, but 3-4 hours goes by and no calls are returned. I was told on 2/28 I would get a call on 3/1. No call, I called and was told I would get a call on 3/2. Today I called 2 times, and was told my vehicle was at the Santa Paula dealership and they needed to call over there and they would call me back in 10 minutes with an update. DO NOT bring your vehicle to this location unless you plan on leaving it for weeks at a time with no response other than, "we will get back to you". You call in and request a manager, no one picks up. This dealership is poorly ran and the lack of customer service is presented as soon as you drive onto the car lot. This location feels that because they sell vehicles, they have job security, well, no, sorry. I have a complaint into the State of California Consumer Affairs, and GM corporate. I will never purchase another GM vehicle again, as this is the treatment you get from the dealership. 0 stars.
