On April 7, 2021, I placed an order for a ********************************* from Peace Pro Audio. The same day I received an email confirming my order including an order number. On May 3, 2021, I sent an email to the business because I had not received my order yet, but my credit card had been charged. The business replied the same day citing that the item I had ordered was on back order but that it would be shipped out that day and I would receive a following email with the ***** tracking information and shipment confirmation. That information never came. On May 30, 2021, I emailed Peace Pro Audio stating that I hadn't received any information regarding the tracking of my item, nor had I received my item. I received no reply from them. On June 22, 2021, I emailed the business stating my concerns and asked for a refund, but again received no reply. I sent one final email on October 3, 2021, stating that I would be contacting the Better Business Bureau about my unresolved problem.Business response

This order was cancelled and refunded on June 16, 2021.
The order was refunded in full by payment processor.

I am rejecting this response because: the refund wasn't received despite what the company has stated. They did not communicate with me at the time of order cancellation or refunding that either of these had taken place.Business response

The store is closed and has been closed since July 2021. The checkout is closed. Any unfulfilled orders have been cancelled and refunded. If there is no credit for your order, we apologize and must request that you contact your credit card company about the transaction and any refunds due to you.Customer response
