      Date of Incident; 4-7-2024 Larkspur Landing double charged me. On 4-7-2024 Expedia charged for the stay.See affidavit attached!!!

      I am writing to respond to complaint ID ********

      ****************** did contact me about this issue and was very confused about her bill.  I will try to explain this as best I can. 

      ****************** made a reservation directly with the hotel for the night of 4/6, she called the front desk on 4/7 advising she would like to extend her stay but wanted to extend using Expedia.  We never got a reservation from Expedia for 4/7 and since she was still utilizing the room, we extended her stay for another night and charged her accordingly. 

      Found out later on she made a reservation through Expedia but for the incorrect date - she reserved 4/9 instead of 4/7.  When ****************** called me upset, I tried to explain the incorrect date was booked with Expedia and she should call Expedia to correct it as we cannot.  She did not want to hear what I was saying and just kept saying we overcharged her.  Her issue is really with Expedia and not with the hotel.  I attached a copy of her receipt for the two nights she stayed here.

      ********* Manager is lying, period end of story.

      When I booked with Expedia, the system did indeed default to the wrong dates.  The second the reservation populated, I was shocked that the wrong dates were entered.   So I immediately called Expedia and spoke with a woman named "***" who assured me she would correct the matter and contact the Hotel.

      I am one of many who have had this issue with this Hotel.  

      I was charged by Expedia and Larkspur Landing.  Expedia corrected the matter, and charged me the $129- for the date of the 7th.  ********* Manager is a flat out lackee, and would not listen to me!!!!

      She owes me $167.18!!!!!!!!

      Do I need to pursue this now with Civil Court????

      You need to reopen this file and pursue my refund!!!!!

      Hello! 

      I am responding to the above complaint. 

      ****************** filed a dispute of this charge with her credit card company and lost as we provided the appropriate documentation. 

      I recommend she file a dispute against Expedia who took her money for an incorrect date of the booking.
