I was hit from behind from an uninsured motorist back in May 2023 and was told I had to pay my deductible upfront, which I did. Then I was told I would be reimbursed since I paid for the uninsured motorist policy on my account. It's November and I have yet to see the money come back. Now I am being told that they declined my uninsured motorist claim since the person now has insurance through "Blue Fire" which is dragging their feed to pay them back for my deductible. State Farm has yet to make me, the victim whole, as they gain interest off the money I pay them monthly. This is unjust and this business is wrong. I will be switching insurance companies here shortly and I do no recommend this company.
