I went to their office twice and paid my copay twice, in full. I started to receive collections calls (I have an 830 credit score, I pay my bills!). I contacted H&H and the collections office and left messages starting about 2 weeks ago to both, neither has bothered to return my calls. There is and has been no one at the H&H offices, above the receptionist, to help me. I've tried every extension at both the Roseville and Folsom offices, for several days, no one else answers but the useless receptionist. I gave the correct information to the collection agency because they didn't get the right insurance billing information (which is why there is a balance owing) and I wasn't receiving bills because they were mailing to an 6 year old address, 2 hours away. I mean, seriously, why did I fill out intake information (with correct info) and provide my insurance card and driver's license (correct info) for them to completely ignore? I'm tired of being extorted and harassed for money not owed and I'm especially upset that my credit is being risked and I can't get anyone at H&H to correct their error. Anyway, I have spent HOURS of my time trying to correct their internal problems because no one is there to do their job when I call (during regular business hours). I am preparing for a possible lawsuit if this affects my credit because they refuse to resolve this issue. I want H&H to correct their error, I want them to write me a letter of apology signed by both doctors of the practice so I can be sure they are aware of the situation, and I want any damage to my credit to be IMMEDIATELY corrected.
