Im so grateful for the service & support from Joy. She made the home buying process a lot less stressful than it can be at times. I have no knowledge of the home buying industry and Joy was very patient with me with explaining things along the way. I would 100% recommend her to anyone in need of a loan officer. I'm a man of short words so I'll keep it simple. Buy a house is a frustrating process but due to ***'s experience she kept us updated every step of the way to ensure peace of mind. She was down to earth about everything and not just trying to sell us a house because it is her job but help us find our first home. I highly recommend joy for anyone's home buying needs, she is an amazing realtor and thank you for being our realtor.Review from Jennifer N

*** was absolutely amazing to work with!! As a first time homebuyer, my partner and I had many questions and *** made herself available to us at every step to provide guidance. She was very personable, extremely knowledgeable about every stage of the loan process, worked hard to get us the best loan possible. We felt very taken care of during the whole process. Joy Upshire and her dynamic team represented our family in the sell of our home and the purchase of a new home. It was a calculated process where *** provided an unwavering confidence that she would get us to the finish line all while keeping our best interest as the top priority. Her years of experience and knowledge was invaluable. Her office support partner, *****, was always there to help keep things moving as well. Just wrapped up the sale of a lifetime with Joy! 20 years ago, Joy helped my buy my very first property and honestly, it was a piece of cake. Fast forward 20 years, and here we are SELLING it. To put some perspective on this amazing sale, Joy took care of everything for me, because now I live in TEXAS! I thought getting the rental ready for sale over the holidays was going to be tough. Nope, challenge accepted... and Joy seriously delivered. She orchestrated the contractors, cleaners, everything! Her assistant, ***** is amazing and kept me up to date with everything as well. I have NO REGRETS having selected Joy as my realtor. She knows her stuff and is very patient about answering questions and helping you to understand the process. She truly loves what she does and does it well. She takes pride in her work and carries herself very professionally yet is very down to earth. Joy and her assistant, Sonia, are wonderful to work with!!!
