After over a decade of having my eyes tested at Healthy Eyes Optometry *** in ******, **, the overall service was excellent. This year there was a significant change in customer care.March 2022; after receiving my progressive transition lenses, the transition It was perfectly dark. Please see the attached picture of when the The transition was correct. Now the change is so light that it shows my eyes. Unfortunately, the refined lines for the lenses were uneven, and I had to lift the frames to read. I took the glasses back after a week, asking for the lenses to be corrected. I went out of town and could not pick up the glasses until May 2022.Receiving the glasses the lenses were corrected. But Now, the Transition was so light it place strain on my eyes to wear it In the sun.I took the glasses back to Healthy Eyes Optometry. But they said the transition is correct. Also, they said the reason why the change in the glasses was darker the first time was that I wore them in the cold. So, now that summer is here; I understand the transition will not block the sun out like it did In the winter. I asked for a refund of the lenses so I may take my prescription elsewhere. I was told I need to pay a cancelation fee of $180. I wish to have all my money back as the product delivered is not what I paid for.
