      FPI MANAGEMENT SUCKS! BEWARE! They will take your whole security deposit! They will take your money! The amenities will be broken for months on end! At ******************* there is no parking!!! The people in the office there have no idea what they are talking about ever! Also I moved into *********** Apartments manager my FPI Management 4/2023 and had my moms boyfriend check the air filter before we moved out in 6/2024 and the air filter was dated 11/2022 and was filled with mold, dust, and hair! That is a safety concern and my roommate and I have now breathed that in for 14 months! I believe this company needs to be sued or something needs to happen! They clearly do not care about their customers and clients! Ive heard nothing but bad thing about FPI management! I will continue to warn people about this terrible company! I learned my ******* FPI Management do better! You own/manage so many companies its very disappointing! If you want all of your money taken then rent with FPI Management!

      I made a call with a legitimate complaint about a manager who makes weird accusations, spies on people through the cameras and then confronts them with what she THINKS is going on, and accused me of being in the wrong when it turned out she didn't have the correct key to my apartment. The fool that moved me in gave ME the wrong keys and no garage door opener but I had to pay rent for a day I was not even able to enter the building wasting a morning of my friend's time because I worked in *******, so he went over and got the correct keys. I was told two weeks ago I could not go to the ** to have a heart problem checked until she had a key made. I complied since I was still getting dressed, but they cannot do that. I complained to their home office and spoke to a complete bully named *************************** or something similar, who then heaped abuse on me, calling me a racist three times (a white woman complaining about another white woman is racist?). She down-shouted me and was abusive as she could possibly be, threatening to turn me in to her lawyers. It proves she's racist. She made an assumption based on my ex-husband's name, that I kept because it was easier, assumed I was a crazy Hispanic hassling the poor white woman who changes policies without any written notice, takes months to complete simple work orders, and blames tenants for her own incompetence. Until recently this whole building was so filthy, it was probably full of health violations, i.e., vomit in the stairwell that a neighbor and I cleaned up, food and garbage all over the garage floor, blood and body fluid in an elevator.

      Terrible place to live!I stayed at ******************** in ************* and had to terminate my lease within less than 24 hours due to a family emergency. While they agreed to terminate my lease, they are still holding onto my deposit, despite the lease agreement stating that they can only keep the deposit if I back out after 72 hours. They are a bunch of thieves!I've gone out of my way to write to customerexperience but no one responds or cares enough to write back. I even emailed ********************* with no response. As a single young mom, they knew of my circumstances and took advantage of me.

      FPI management is the worst company. How theyre still in business is beyond me. They are unprofessional, dont know how to communicate, never have staff in the office and then have the nerve to charge late fees because they dont have the staff working even though their office hours show they should be there (they never bother to send notices stating the office is closed and when they do its after rent is due). They make you live in uninhabitable conditions (with termites, roaches, mold and termite droppings) all while continuing to raise rent. This company is BEYOND greedy and I dont know why they dont have a bunch of lawsuits. They take advantage of people and treat them as dollar signs. They have been a nightmare to deal with and has caused SEVERE mental health problems due to poor treatment and professionalism. Theyll then make comments that if you dont like it here you can move as if thats going to solve the problem that their company is the issue, not the tenants.

      They are rude, never in the office, dont do there jobs. Nor do they try to help or assist. They have gotten our water turned off due to not doing their part.

      The communication is HORRIBLE. I have been experiencing issues with my property manager, maintainance issues and have been trying to reach a supervisor at FPI Management for over a year!!!!

      I am a vendor and have not been paid in several months for a job completed long ago. I have attempted many phone calls, emails and messages to the manager, regional, and company itself. They have gone unreturned and still no payment as was promised. The work was completed and the management company/property was pleased. I cant even get someone from the company to call me back with a status update. I have never had such poor communication and professionalism from a property management company.

      We have been tenants with cache creek apartments in ********* for quite a long time and have not had many complaints however in the recent months a certain neighbor whom lives within the * building specifically *-27 has been letting her large German shepherd bark on the balcony all hours of the day and night. It has been reported to the site manager without any visible resolution. It has been reported to FPI directly again without any visible resolution. The tenant at *-27 allows the dog to relieve itself on the balcony to the extent that she had people come over to her help her clean and took trash bags of dog f**** to the dumpster which laid in front of the dumpster for a couple days. The only response anyone gets when reporting this person is shes going through some things due to her now we are all going through some things, lack of sleep, noise pollution, who knows what else is going on that *** be affecting our health due to the neglect of that dog that by the way has not left the apartment but only once in the past year. Im assuming the dogs name is not my dog since when she has been talked to about it her response has been thats not my dog *s. Why has nothing been done?
