I called the business 11 times during March/Aprilno response. Certified letter sent using the company address on 2/26/24, and returned on 3/9/2024, marked "Return to Sender," not deliverable as addressed.This company refuses to respond to my inquiries. I seek clarification and resolution regarding several issues with the Aspire Publishing contract. Project manager avoided all questions.Literary Agent: **** has not been actively involved in the process since mid-December, and her lack of engagement raises concerns about the representation outlined in the contract.Book Distribution: I was not consulted about the book's distribution and only became aware of its availability on Amazon when a friend found it. As per the contract, I should have been informed and consulted regarding the time, place, method, and manner in which the work would be advertised, promoted, and distributed. Costs and Marketing: The costs associated with printing and distributing the book, amounting to $7.08 and $10.44, respectively, raise questions about the effectiveness of the marketing efforts. I have not been provided with clear information about how the book is being advertised and promoted.Lack of Communication and Marketing: Aspire Publishing has ceased communication with me and has not made the promised marketing efforts outlined in the contract. Despite assurances of mass advertising, I have not seen any tangible results or efforts to promote the book effectively.****** and ***** advised that they will not display a hard copy of the book because of Aspire Publishing's size (a promise made in the contract).Due to Aspire's failure to meet contractual obligations regarding advertising and communication, I wish to market my book independently and purchase the books at the agreed price of $7.08 from Aspire and retain sole ownership of all other rights to my work.I also need to know how many books on Amazon have sold since it was listed there and elsewhere in November 2023.Business response

I am rejecting this response because: Subject: Disagreement with Aspire Publishing's ResponseI am writing to express my dissatisfaction with Aspire Publishing's recent response, which I find unacceptable for the following reasons. Throughout our contract period, Aspire has consistently failed to adhere to our agreed-upon terms, often responding to issues with evasive answers rather than providing meaningful solutions.Their last response was January 2024, and when I challenged it, they became silent. I called the business 11 times and sent a certified letter that was returned as "not deliverable as addressed." Aspire refuses to interact with me.Enclosed is a copy the envelope/letter sent. The letter contains a succinct list of my issues and what I am seeking: to buy copies of my book from Aspire for the price quoted and market the book myself.I believe that a more constructive and proactive approach is necessary to address the issues we have encountered. Therefore, I kindly request a reconsideration of Aspire's response, focusing on their response to the letter they would not accept. They committed to pay royalties owe to me. I never received.Business response

We appreciate the opportunity to clarify the situation and provide an update on the resolution.We would like to confirm that a royalty check was indeed issued to ******************** on October 19, 2023. The check was sent via regular mail, which typically takes 5-8 business days for delivery. We understand the importance of timely payments and always strive to ensure our authors receive what they are due without undue delay.
We have since been in direct contact with ********************, and she has graciously confirmed the receipt of her royalty check on October 31, 2023. We are pleased to hear that the payment has been successfully processed and apologize for any concern the wait may have caused.

In December, 2022 Aspire Publishing published a book for me, "Drawn Into Hell". Aspire sent the book to Amazon, ************** and others. I know some books were sold because I had many friends tell me they ordered books from the distributors.I have asked several times for an accounting from Aspire without receiving a response. Now they won't even return my phone calls.
