Hi,
Regarding customers complaint our store does not do refunds only store credit, however with this specific client who c came to our place of business and got verbally loud at the store we decided it was best to go to the customers house and check out the washer and while customer was being confrontational during the time we decided it was best to refund the money for the washer and not exchange it for a new one as customer made us feel uncomfortable with their actions and conversation. The money was then refunded to the customer on *******. We have no other business opening with this customer whatsoever as issue was already resolved. money was sent back via Zelle.

The owner is selling faulty appliances. The washer I purchased had chewed up wires, took it back for repair only for it to break down again days later. He will not refund so I was left with no other choice but to swap it out with another unit and hope for the best. I showed the owner that I had videos of what the machine was doing and he refused to look at them , I started to investigate after the fact and they have a bad reputation for selling faulty merchandise, yelp, ******* and many more pages have more than enough reviews to back up what this man is doing is unethical .I ended up brining back another unit since he refuses to give back the money, but after dealing with all of this I dont even want the washer. I need my money back and compensation for wasting my time and gas to have this unit fixed. I have video proof of the faulty machine that it wont let me upload on here if needed.Business response

This email is regarding my response to complaint # ********. Customer came into the store on ****** regarding an exchange of merchandise that was to be made for a previous washer customer had stated was no longer working. Customer dropped off the machine which I then tested in front of them to see what the problem was, during the time while the machine was being tested nothing was wrong with the machine which was working perfectly fine, that was stated to the customer who saw that the machine was working perfectly. Customer then proceeded to try to show me a video of the machine that she had already sent over to me which I declined to see since I had already seen it when she had sent it over to me earlier customer asked why was it working here at the store and not at her home I had no way to answer that question since machine was in good condition and not causing any issues. When a machine has a problem it will show it always and that wasn't the case for this machine which was working fine. I went ahead and exchanged the machine to an ** washer so the customer can be satisfied and leave happy. Customers are told prior to their purchase if a machine is taken by themselves they are responsible for bringing them back in any case of repair or exchange, but when a customer pays for delivery which is offered we are responsible for picking the machine for repair or exchange. Those two options are given to customers prior to the purchase and discussed as well as a 30 day warranty with NO REFUNDS store credit only no exceptions Which can be seen on the receipt and as well as around the store displayed and is told prior to the customers purchase. When a customer purchases they are agreeing to our terms that we have at the store there are no exceptions. We do our best to keep all customers who come in happy with their purchases and do our best to keep them happy we understand things happen but we would never sell anything that wasn't working properly.
