            I am writing to formally complain about the unsatisfactory service my mother and I received during our visit to the Fontana Express Car Wash on June 15, 2024. Upon leaving, we discovered a significant crack in the middle of our windshield, which was not present prior to our arrival. When we approached the staff for assistance, their response was dismissive and unhelpful, insisting without evidence that the damage was our responsibility. Furthermore, the phone conversation that followed with one of your representatives only added to our distress. The individual in question was rude and condescending, failing to provide the professional courtesy expected from a customer service representative. This experience has been both disappointing and frustrating. We had hoped for a more constructive approach to resolving the issue at hand. As customers, we expect a certain standard of service, which includes accountability and a willingness to address problems that arise. We would appreciate a formal apology and a discussion on how to rectify the situation regarding the damage to our vehicle.
