Around 11/15/22 my vehicle was inspected for an estimated after a car accident by Mailo’s so he could do the work, 11/16/22 Mailo revived a check for $8,708.61 from my insurance I actually had to go with him to cash the check because both our names were on the check, I watched him pocket most of the money which I thought was very odd, By December 19 I sent a text asking if the car was ready no response, December 26 I finally picked up my car Mailo wasn’t there and the other guys there are unless, I noticed all my old parts were back in the vehicle I went a text letting him know my insurance didn’t pay him to put the old parts back on. Straight away I called my insurance to see what parts we’re supposed to be replaced they told me, apparently he looked at the wrong estimate (his own) he told me to order the parts because they were to hard to find for my vehicle. I ordered the parts and he did send me the money because he was basically doing insurance fraud, He was supposed to replace the radiator support which he did NOT I complain to my insurance, and they sent out their adjuster and I sent it to Honda, Honda show me he didn’t replace the part that they paid over 1k for, my car is making a weird noise when I turn I keep connecting Mailo’s show but it’s just the run around, my dash is lit up because he didn’t replace part that help the radiator in my vehicle. This shop in doing insurance fraud and I had enough of it, it’s already February 23,22 and I’m still dealing with this mess
